1. The Pit Crew Checklist: Eligibility
To qualify for return or exchange:
- Request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging
- Proof of purchase required (order number or receipt)
- Certain high-performance components cannot be returned (see section 5)
Non-Returnable Pit Stop Items:
Due to hygiene and performance specifications, the following cannot be returned:
- Motors (once installed/tested)
- Speed Control units
- Drift Wheels and Tires that show wear marks
- Opened RC Spares packages

Step 2: Receive Authorization
Our team will respond within 2 business days with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Any special handling requirements
Step 3: Ship Your Items
Package items securely in original packaging and include:
- Return authorization number clearly visible
- Copy of your order confirmation
- Completed return form (provided in our response)
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Step 4: Inspection & Processing
Once received at our warehouse:
- Items will be inspected within 3 business days
- You’ll receive email confirmation of approval/denial
- Processing begins immediately after approval
3. The Finish Line: Refunds & Exchanges

- Timing: 3-5 business days after approval to process, plus your bank’s processing time (typically 5-10 business days)

- Amount: Item cost minus any shipping charges (unless return is due to our error)
Exchange Details
- Processed immediately after return approval
- New items ship via your original shipping method

- Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
