1. The Pit Crew Checklist: Eligibility

To qualify for return or exchange:

  • Request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging
  • Proof of purchase required (order number or receipt)
  • Certain high-performance components cannot be returned (see section 5)

Non-Returnable Pit Stop Items:

Due to hygiene and performance specifications, the following cannot be returned:

  • Motors (once installed/tested)
  • Speed Control units
  • Drift Wheels and Tires that show wear marks
  • Opened RC Spares packages

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Our team will respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Any special handling requirements

Step 3: Ship Your Items

Package items securely in original packaging and include:

  • Return authorization number clearly visible
  • Copy of your order confirmation
  • Completed return form (provided in our response)

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Inspection & Processing

Once received at our warehouse:

  • Items will be inspected within 3 business days
