Global Delivery for RC Enthusiasts
We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas) to get your RC gear where it needs to be – your workshop or the track.
Order Processing
Our pit crew processes all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Shipping Methods & Timelines
- Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): $12.95 – Delivered within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping (EMS): For orders over $50 – Delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing in your country.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our high-performance RC components like we stand behind every drift champion we sponsor. While we engineer for perfection, we understand sometimes you might need to make a pit stop for returns or exchanges.
The Pit Crew Checklist: Eligibility
To qualify for return or exchange:
- Request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging
- Proof of purchase required (order number or receipt)
- Certain high-performance components cannot be returned (see below)
Non-Returnable Pit Stop Items
Due to hygiene and performance specifications, the following cannot be returned:
- Motors (once installed/tested)
- Speed Control units
- Drift Wheels and Tires that show wear marks
- Opened RC Spares packages
The Return Lap: Step-by-Step Process
Step 1: Submit Your Request

- Whether you prefer refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Authorization
Our team will respond within 2 business days with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Any special handling requirements
Step 3: Ship Your Items
Package items securely in original packaging and include:
- Return authorization number clearly visible
- Copy of your order confirmation
- Completed return form (provided in our response)
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Step 4: Inspection & Processing
Once received at our warehouse:
- Items will be inspected within 3 business days
- You’ll receive email confirmation of approval/denial
- Processing begins immediately after approval
The Finish Line: Refunds & Exchanges
Refund Details
- Timing: 3-5 business days after approval to process, plus your bank’s processing time (typically 5-10 business days)
- Method: Original payment method (credit card/PayPal)
- Amount: Item cost minus any shipping charges (unless return is due to our error)
Exchange Details
- Processed immediately after return approval
- New items ship via your original shipping method
- You’ll receive tracking information via email
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
International Returns
For customers outside the US:
- Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- Include all documentation to prevent delays
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping times vary by location
